[Nfd-dev] review request: repo-ng command prefix registration

Dear folks

One problem with repo-ng that bothers me is that each of its command
creates a separate FIB entry in NFD, clustering nfd-status output. I've
made a small patch consolidating them into one FIB entry.
Can someone review the code? Thanks.
