[Nfd-dev] Planned downtime for named-data.net, redmine, and gerrit

Just want to let you know that there will be a short downtime (today or tomorrow) for NDN website, redmine, and gerrit because of the transition to a new VM.  This should be a very short one, but there are always potential for unexpected issues.
