Yes, I have observed this part.  This has been changed not just in markdown, but in all rendering in Redmine for security purposes (e.g., to avoid potential cookie stealing).  I understand this is an issue for some of the issues, but we need to copy-paste the content from gist to redmine.  I have performed this task for NDNLPv2 definition.
