[Nfd-dev] Jenkins Master Release Upgrade

Hi Eric

If it’s 15.04, we are already past EOL.
Thus, I agree with upgrading to 15.10 and then to 16.04 upon its release.
I hate that Ubuntu severely reduced the support period of non-LTS versions to only 9 months.
