Yes, /example/C/p/1 would be the correct leftmost match for /example/C among Data names { /example/B, /example/C/p/1, /example/C/p/2, /example/C/q/1, /example/C/q/2, /example/C/r/1, /example/C/r/2, /example/D }, if it does not violate other Selectors on the Interest.

Thanks for the reference, that was exactly what I was looking for! I think I grasp the idea now, so just to confirm, looking at sheet 14 of the “tables-concept-cs_20140117” document, as the ChildSelector “rightmost” matches on "/example/C/r/1" should the ChildSelector “leftmost” match on "/example/C/p/1" ?
