[Nfd-dev] ERROR SOLVE

Dear all,
    I'm quite new to NDN, but I'm interested in it. Now I use to host one is 192.168.110.128, another is 192.168.110.129.
as follows https://github.com/zhao7611050/ndn-tools/tree/master/tools/chunks
 in 192.168.110.129 I can't get file what I transfer in 192.168.110.128
ERROR: Reached the maximum number of timeout retries (3) while retrieving data for /localhost/demo/gpl3/%FD%00%00%01SyU%08B

What can I do. thx
