[Nfd-dev] NFD on Ubuntu 15.10?

Hi URS

I can't comment on PPA availability for 15.10.

Per platform policy
http://named-data.net/codebase/platform/documentation/ndn-platform-development-guidelines/#Build_support
, 14.10 is no longer supported, and 15.10 support will be dropped as soon
as 16.04 is released.

I suggest sticking with 14.04 LTS, which shall be supported until 18.04
release that is still 2 years away.

Yours, Junxiao
