It seems that you are using an older version of ndn-cxx and compiling a newer version of NFD, so they are incompatible. Try to upgrade ndn-cxx.

Dear NFD team,


This is DuanMingjing from Tsinghua University, China. We are trying to run applications on NFD for our project. I encountered a problem when I were trying to build NFD from source refering to http://named-data.net/doc/NFD/current/INSTALL.html.  
I excuted the following order to configure and it succeeded.
    sudo ./waf configure cxxflags="-stdlib=libc++" linkflags="-stdlib=libc++" --boost-includes=/usr/local/include --boost-libs=/usr/local/lib

Then I excuted the following order and 1 error generated.
    sudo ./waf cxxflags="-stdlib=libc++" linkflags="-stdlib=libc++" --boost-includes=/usr/local/include --boost-libs=/usr/local/lib

In fact, I have once succeeded via the same orders. I  have ever successfully installed NFD in the same laptop and I encountered a problem while connecting to remote NFDs. Name registration is successful and transport fails.



Do you have any idea on why this happened? Thank you very much!
