Dear folks

I think the decision was to focus the development effort on Wireshark dissector.
Feature 3197 <http://redmine.named-data.net/issues/3197> would add NDNLPv2 dissector including Nack.

There’s no need to maintain two tools with similar function. ndndump can be replaced with tshark + Wireshark dissector.
