[Nfd-dev] Question about getting nfd connected

Only multicast Ethernet faces are supported by NFD. They should be 
created automatically on upon starting NFD for every interface that 
supports multicast. However, this will only happen if the 
"face_system.ether.mcast" NFD option is set to "yes".
