[Nfd-dev] ndn-cxx breaking change: Controller::CommandFailCallback

Dear folks

I'm changing ndn::nfd::Controller::CommandFailCallback to have a const
ControlResponse& parameter.
Unfortunately this change is backwards incompatible.

This change will merge no earlier than Aug 21.
You can compile your projects with ndn-cxx Change
https://gerrit.named-data.net/3095 and verify it works.

I have already prepared patches for these projects:

I have also confirmed these projects are unaffected: ChronoSync,
