[Nfd-dev] Jenkins master migration

[Junxiao Shi]

Dear folks

jenkins.named-data.net has been migrated to a new master server on Mar 29
evening.
The new master server sits on the same physical machine, but it is
allocated with more memory and disk space, and is created with Vagrant.
Thanks Eric for the hard work.

This migration should have no impact on build jobs.
If you notice issues, please contact Eric (CC'ed) for help.
