[Nfd-dev] question about nrd

Unit testing is required in most Changes.
For modules that relies on NFD, unit testing should not launch NFD or
connect to NFD socket. Instead, it should provide a mock class for
ndn::Face and/or ndn::nrd::Controller, and expect correct calls on the mock.

Logic problem such as false positive responses should be fixed before
submitting the Change.

Command Interest authorization can be in a separate Change.
