[Nfd-dev] Initial steps for NFD development

Hi guys,

Please register at NDN Redmine (http://redmine.named-data.net/), which we will use to manage tasks for the development process.  Soon Junxiao and I will set up a set of initial tasks and will do the assignments.

We also be using gerrit code review system (http://gerrit.named-data.net/), so please register there too and let me know when you do so, so I can assign necessary permissions.  To register there you just need to log in with some OpenID login, such as GoogleID and then set up your login name and SSH public key.  I have found two presentations that give some introduction to gerrit: http://redmine.named-data.net/projects/nfd/wiki.

Initial information about the basic coding guidelines, the libraries that we going to use is on wiki page, and basic study material (specifically "platform and libraries" and "development process" sections) is on project's wiki page in redmine: http://redmine.named-data.net/projects/nfd/wiki.  Let me know if you have any comments, concerns, or questions about them.
