Previously, developers are using GitHub cawka/ndn-cpp repository, new-dev
branch for ndn-cpp-dev library.
Commit b35bcf2874eeab69b04cf6e0ac2ec3cb8004612d instructs Travis CI to use
GitHub named-data/ndn-cpp-dev repository, master branch for ndn-cpp-dev
library.
Should developers also switch to this repository?

Is it permissible to install ndn-cpp-dev through Macports?
