Dear folks
I will create a UbuntuTrusty VMAPI image in the next 2 days.
We can have Jenkins slave after that.
NDN Platform is required to support Ubuntu 12.04 and "latest Ubuntu" only.

This means support for Ubuntu 13.10 can be dropped at any time.
