[ndnSIM] Error in installation of ndnSIM version 2.9

Sir,
I have installed all the dependencies to install the ndnSIM and followed
the exact way in the documentation to install the ndnSIM.But I have been
getting a error and unable to install it properly.As I am a newbie to this
field,I am unable to resolve this issue. PLease provide me with a solution
and I am attaching screenshots of my error.
