[ndnSIM] Get the average cost

[Asim ALHIMSYA]

Dear Researchers,
in the topology file, we can define the cost, bandwidth, and delay of any
link as follows:
consumer1     consumer5     100Mbps   16  5ms

And after the simulation, we can get the hop count,delay inData,outData,...
by using Tracers.
However, Is there any way that we can also get the average total cost?
