[ndnSIM] Converting the time feature into seconds instead of nanoseconds

Hi everyone,

I have a question for you. So, I'm trying to get the information regarding
the interest and pit sizes in seconds, but when I make the changes in the
source code, I'm getting it in nanoseconds. I'm currently using ns3::Now().
So, any hints on how to get the data in seconds would be appreciated.
