[ndnSIM] Help: Interest and Data deferred broadcast

Dear All,
How can I deferred the Interest and Data broadcasts in ndn manet/vanet to
avoid the broadcast storm problem?  I would be glad if someone can indicate
the ndnSIM functions/methods to be modified.
