[ndnSIM] InterestLifetime

  Hi all,I want to know that whether Interest Lifetime is static or dynamic in native NDN. Let’s consider the consumer setting the InterestLifetime to 4s. After passing 5 hops, the Interest packet will remain 4s; or it will be dynamically updated with time (e.g., after traversing 4 hops the InterestLifetime will become 3s).
By dynamic Interest lifetime, I mean is it possible for forwarders to use the InterestLifetime to check whether the lifetime of received Interest is greater than zero, so that it participates in its dissemination.
