[ndnSIM] Counters in L3RateTracer

Hello all,

I’m trying to understand how the existing counters in L3RateTracer are incremented. So my question is, are the counters present in L3RateTracer (In/OutInterests, In/OutData, In/OutNacks and the Satisfied/TimeOutInterests) related to the counters present in the class Forwarder? If not, how are they incremented?
