[ndnSIM] Help with sending interests after a delay in forwarding strategy.

Hello everybody,
Please help me with the safe way of scheduling the interest packet in the
forwarding strategy, so that i can send a packet with some delay.
It would be helpful to give an example of the scheduler code.
