[ndnSIM] Combining Trace Helpers

Hi all,

I have a question and any help is much appreciated. So, is there any
possibility that two trace helpers can be combined and generate one file.
Specifically, I would like to get the column for "Type"  which is present
in CsTrace and AppDelay combined.
