[ndnSIM] Avoid PIT aggregation and suppression

Dear All,
As we all know, the ndn architecture aggreagtes Interest forwarding by
suppressing the subsequent Interest requests. Only one Interest is
forwarded upstream and others wait in the pit for the Data to arrive. How
can I forward a subsequent Interest upstream, say, based on the value of a
specific field of the Interest ?
