[ndnSIM] record the evolution of PIT size into a file

Hi, I'm trying to record the evolution of the PIT size of a specific router
during a scenario and set a maximum size of the PIT table for each router.
I've already tried to use " *m_pit.size()* " function but I didn't find
such a function in the* 2.8 *version of the ndnSim simulator.
