[ndnSIM] Error about the compile and run the code in ndnSIM

Hi Parisa,

Try a file with the extension .cc instead of .cpp in the scratch
folder. Also avoid using names already in use by other files.

example:
file: scratch/ndn-hello-world.cc

./waf --run ndn-hello-world

I believe it solves your problem.
