[ndnSIM] How to get the cached content in the node

Do you really need to do this?

Possibly ndn::CsTracer is enough for you. See
https://ndnsim.net/current/metric.html#cs-trace-helper

Otherwise, you would have to develop this mechanism for collecting data
packets stored in the CS.
