[ndnSIM] [EXT] Fib Size

Hi Shahid

There isn't a limit on how many FIB entries you can have on each simulated
You can insert as many FIB entries as the physical memory allows.
If there are so many entries that the host machine runs out of memory,
ndnSIM crashes.
