[ndnSIM] Linking Content Name with its provider

Dear Team Member,

Can you please help me to answer the following Question?

In NDN, is it possible that an intermediate node can identify the content
provider without checking the signature? OR Suppose we assign the name to
every CS, so is it possible that the content provider issues content with
its CS name?
