[ndnSIM] Vector vs Vector3D confusion

Hi everyone, hope you're all well.

I am a little confused, when using positions, in the
ConstantPositionMobility Class, we use Vector to set the position, but in
the documentation i only find Vector3D. Can anyone explain to me what's the
difference?
