[ndnSIM] How to convert ndnSIM trace files to MS EXCEL file

Hi all,
I am asking how I can convert trace files generated by L3RateTracer, L2Tracer, CsTracer, AppDelayTracer classes to Microsoft Excel files which can make the reading, analysis and plotting the obtained results easier? Is there a software/tool or a command.Thanks for your help.
