[ndnSIM] ndnSIM Digest, Vol 88, Issue 4

hello..
if you want to use virtualizer in ndnSIM it can if you install ndnSIM ver.
2.5
because i tried ndnSIM ver.2.7 on ubuntu 16.04 and i can't run the program
with virtualizer and when i tried ndnSIM ver 2.5 i did it..
