[ndnSIM] How to prevent the producer which does not have data for the interest from broadcasting the Interest (Lixia Zhang)

I think his question here is, does an NDN node (which is also a producer of
some other data) forward an Interest packet that is not for its data? I
think, in a wireless scenario where all the nodes are acting as forwarders,
if I am not a producer of the data someone is looking for, I should be
forwarding it, right?
