[ndnSIM] How to prevent the producer which does not have data for the interest from broadcasting the Interest

Hi All,

There are two problems that I cannot understand very well.

1: Does the producer who doesn't have data for the Interest
will rebroadcast the interest to all the neighbor nodes including the
consumer?* (In wireless environment)*

2. Are there any ways to stop the producer who doesn't have data from
rebroadcasting the interest?* (In wireless environment)*
