Hello,

Try to search on how to resolve these problems:

XmlIo                         : not enabled (library 'libxml-2.0 >= 2.7'
not found)
GtkConfigStore                : not enabled (library 'gtk+-3.0 >= 3.0' not
found)
Checking for 'gsl'                                                 : not
found
python-config                                                      : not
found
Checking for header sys/inttypes.h : not
found
Checking for 'gtk+-3.0'                                            : not
found
Checking for 'libxml-2.0'                                          : not
found
checking for uint128_t                                             : not
found
checking for __uint128_t                                           : not
found

because they are essential packages and you don't seem to have them
installed, like gtk, gsl, libxml and of course try to configure your python
it seems that he can't find the config file.

best of luck,
Simon Dahdal
