[ndnSIM] Caching in wireless topology

Hello Asma, 

i’ve created a new replacement policy to manage the content cache in ndnSIM. 
You could create or modify the current replacement policy. 

Please refers to NFD/daemon/table, you will found several replacement policy in ndnSIM. 

In order to use it you could call ndnHelper . setPolicy ( "nfd::cs::priority_fifo" );
