[ndnSIM] Adding a tag to interest

>> How can we add a tag with count x to the Interest packet that the consumer can set, implying that the interest must go through x number of hops before being satisfied at a cache? Also how can we use the SimpleTag for interest message - it gives us the error “SimpleTag” in namespace na-3::ndn::lp does not name a template type
