[ndnSIM] install ndnsim without root access

Hello,
we are trying to install ndnsim 2.7 on the server that we do not have a
root access. we followed (
http://ndnsim.net/current/faq.html#installing-boost-libraries) to install
boost library but we are unable to install other requirement packages and
config ndnsim. Your help will be highly appreciated.
