[ndnSIM] Questions about congestion control in ndnSIM2.7

Hello all,


I found that in ../NFD/daemon/face/generic-link-service.cpp, there's a function checkCongestionLevel() that checks send queue length and adds tags to lp packet to mark congestion.


What would ndnSIM do after the packet is marked congestion? and Is there any congestion control implementation in ndnSIM2.7?
