[ndnSIM] Problem: Needs c++14 to compile

Dear Alex,
IT'S WORKING! Thank so so so much for your precious help. I really
appreciate.
I tested the "ndn-simple" and it's working.
I also tested the scenario that I was working on before I had a critical
problem with my PC. and it's working.
I have a paper to submit very soon. You saved me.
Thank you again for help Alex. That was the best support that I ever had.
