[ndnSIM] Why remove tag before inserting to CS?

Hi All,
I am a bit confused about this line<https://github.com/named-data-ndnSIM/NFD/blob/49f22b05e1a57b0a88d90cc0111f9a1d7a5cbd21/daemon/fw/forwarder.cpp#L312>. Is it removing all the tags, or just HopCount tag?

It seems to me that it is removing all the tags. Because, when I am running the experiment, if the data is served from content store, the data packet does not have any tags that producer node attached to it.
