[ndnSIM] Help Custom Forwarding

Oh, it's probably that the TypeId is missing the namespace and the group 
name. Compare your

> static TypeId tid = TypeId("producerCustom").SetParent<App>()
>                                           .AddConstructor<producerCustom>()


With

>   static TypeId tid =

Also Parent should probably be Producer, if you want to inherit its 
functions.
