[ndnSIM] ndnSim 2.2 on Ubuntu 18.04.2

Do you have a specific reason to use such an old version?  2.2 would not work with 18.04, as modern compiler in 18.04 doesn't compile legacy code constructions of old NS-3 and ndnSIM codebase.

Fo 18.04, you will need to use the latest version of ndnSIM, which is, as of right now, 2.7.
