[ndnSIM] Questions about content stores

Hi Chris,

I suggest you invest your time in understanding how NFD's content store policies are working (as described in https://named-data.net/publications/techreports/ndn-0021-10-nfd-developer-guide/ <https://named-data.net/publications/techreports/ndn-0021-10-nfd-developer-guide/> and in source code).  What you're referring is "old" content store policies (implemented inside utils/trie/ folder) that will be removed in the next version of ndnSIM as they are effectively duplicate the mainstream function at this time.
