[ndnSIM] Signal a handoff

Dear all,

My simulation scenario includes a mobile node and I am trying to signal a
function whenever a handoff takes place (say over wifi). I tried to use the
afterAdd signal from nfd::FaceTable but it does not seem to work.

I would like to know if there are some other ways to signal the handoff.
