Custom version of NS-3 (branch ndnSIM-v2.5) and ndnSIM 2.1 (tagged as
ndnSIM-2.5) needs to be installed.


It indicates compatibility with ndnSIM 2.1, yet the tag is ndnSIM-2.5. So
what version should OP use?
