[ndnSIM] Usage of CS

Dear ndnSIM developers,

I have 2 consumers that relies on some routers. I did start consumer1 (1-5sec.), consumer2 (5-10sec.). Since all consumers starts their prefixes in a pattern (%FE%00-01-02 …) and caches contents by CS policy, I was expecting cache hit for consumer2 from first router but it does not. Is there any explanation for that?
