[ndnSIM] Dynamically change prefix set for consumer

Hi!

Please tell me how to change prefix set to Consumer during simulation.

Currently, I use "Schedule" function of "ns 3" to do "SetPrefix",
"SetAttribute", "Install" again, but is there any other good method?
