[ndnSIM] Install OpenFlow in ndnSIM

Hi Karim,

We prepared a short tutorial of OpenFlow simulations using ns-3 (including
the installation of OpenFlow) for a workshop that was recently held at my
University.

P.S.: I have not tried installing it with ndnSIM, but as Spyros mentioned -
